I know a teacher who teaches in a unit where they have children who have been excluded from normal schools, she is subject to unending torrent of verbal, mental and sometimes physical abuse. Its the same on the streets The Police have to stand there and be taunted and verbally abused beyond normal boundaries. We need a return to discipline with Corporal punishment being allowed back in schools. At the moment there are no guidelines for young people to follow, most of them don't even seem to have respect for themselves let alone other people.
